Achievements
The department has a commendable record of academic excellence. Three students - Mr. D. Srinivas, Mr. S. V. Krishna Reddy, and Miss V. Sri Vallidevi - were awarded Gold Medals by Andhra University in 1996, 2007, and 2018, respectively and Two students - Karisinapu Vijaya Raju and Battelanka Divya- qualified APSET in 2024,. Students have also excelled in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, achieving recognition in state and national-level competitions, including sports and paper presentations.
The department actively organizes academic events such as National Technical Seminar in 2010 and Tech Fest in 2019 to enhance student learning. Recently, 14 students from the 2023-2025 batch secured National Scholarships of ?3,00,000 each. Additionally, students regularly publish research papers as part of their academic projects.
